Farm to Table Dinner FundraiserJoin us for a very special evening in our new Lakeside Pavilion with a delicious meal served by Chef Jason Welch. Jason is known throughout the region for cooking satisfying foods from local farms and markets. This four course dinner promises to be a meal to remember!
MENU:
First Course: Late Season Sub Edge Farm Roasted Tomato and Basil Bisque accompanied by Pork Belly Lardons, Sourdough Focaccia Croutons, Aged Balsamic
Second Course: Mountain View Sweet Corn Pierogi accompanied by Sweet Corn Fricassee, Pickled Farm Onions, Horseradish Aioli
Third Course: Black Pepper and Coriander Cured Braised Short Rib accompanied by Rainbow Farm "Creamsicle" Potato Lasagna, Shaved Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad, Black Garlic Chimmichurri
Fourth Course: Norton Brothers Farm Honeycrisp Apple Bread Pudding accompanied by Whipped Liuzzi Marscapone, Brown Butter Apple Streusel, Moromi Miso Caramel, Cinnamon Cream Cheese Gelato
This event will also include wine parings and live music. All proceeds support the Trails Fund of Winding Trails. Space is limited and will fill quickly, so register early!
