Full Time Employment

Camp Director: We are currently seeking a motivated team-oriented individual to join our staff as our Camp Director. Winding Trails has a progressive and diverse summer day camp program and extensive activities serving children, families, and individuals. This position will involve planning and execution of our ACA accredited summer day camp with over 600 campers and 175 staff.  This position will also get involved with other team members in organizing and running a variety of other recreational and educational activities including special events, cross-country skiing, a challenge course, and recreation/environmental programming. This is an exempt full-time position with competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, 5% contribution to retirement plus up to an additional 3% match, health and life insurance. A degree in recreation, leisure science, or related field is required and a minimum of 5+ years in a camp environment. Hours will include some nights and weekends.
