Winding Trails has a number of facilities to meet your rental needs. Whether it is an outdoor setting you prefer or indoors, we have the recreational setting for you.
Covered Pavilions – Each group will have its own Pavilion, which is a roof over picnic tables. Each Pavilion has a large “Texas Grill” which holds up to 50lbs of charcoal. You bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Each Pavilion is also equipped with water and electricity. The following Pavilions are available to rent May through early October from 11:00a.m. – 6:00p.m, for up to 300 people. Hiawatha, Cherokee, Ranger, Apache, and Robin Hood. Unfortunately Roosen’s Roost is not available for group outings.
Garmany Hall – Ideal for indoor occasions for groups up to 125 people. The hall offers a full service kitchen, rest rooms and a cozy fireplace complete with firewood during the colder weather. Folding chairs along with rectangular and round banquet tables are provided. Garmany Hall can be rented for an eight (8) hour period as long as you are cleaned up and out by 1:00am. The Hall is available for rent from early April to mid-December.
The Lodge Conference Room – Small Corporate Training Groups, meetings and seminars can be booked in this upstairs room. The Conference Room seats up to 20 people comfortably. There is counter top space, a sink, outlets and a banquet table for preparation of coffee, light breakfast and lunches. A coffee pot, VCR, DVD, 19″ TV, Screen, overhead projector and/or easel can be provided upon request. A unisex bathroom with shower stall is adjacent to the Conference Room. Bring your own towels and shower toiletries if you want to exercise at the facility prior to or after your event. The Conference room may be rented for a three (3) or eight (8) hour period.
The Lodge Activity Room- Small family gatherings and birthday parties can be booked in the activity room on the main floor. The activity room holds up to 30 people, and is available to rent mid-September through early June. The activity room may be rented for a three (3) or eight (8) hour period.
