Indoor Cycling/Spinning

Looking for a great cardio workout? Spinning offers the calorie burning, energy enhancing, stress decreasing overall workout that is easy on the joints. Indoor cycling allows you the opportunity to work hard and have fun while you spin to your favorite tunes. You provide comfortable workout attire, sneakers or SPD compatible shoes, H2O, towel and desire.

Cycling Schedule ongoing September 27th – May 27th Schedule follows the school calendar, (no school = no class).

Days:                  Mondays/Wednesdays /Fridays

Fitness Passes can be purchased at the Main Office and are good for classes like Indoor Cycling/Spinning and/or Pilates Plus/Cardio Sculpt.

Martial Arts for Adults

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art of self-defense with emphasis on kicking.  Children enrolled in the program have learned self-control, self-defense, improved their physical fitness, and learned valuable life skills.  The program is run by master instructor, William Clato-day who is a world taekwondo federation, certified, 5th degree black belt.  He has been running this program at winding trails since 2004.  Before enrolling you can have your child take two free introductory classes.  To get started call Mr. Clato-day at (860) 930-9098 or send him an email at clatoday.taekwondo@gmail.com.  For more information see www.clatodaystaekwondo.com.                                                                                         Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays
