FEES & REGISTRATION POLICIES

The following fees and registration policies apply when registering your child/children for camp. Proper registration requires that both the Registration Form and Medical Form are completed and returned. by the payment deadlines.

A reservation deposit of $100.00 per child ($50.00 per Scout), per session is required. This will be deducted from the session fee when the balance is paid. Fees include all camp activities, bus transportation, milk and insurance (up to $1,000 coverage).

A 5% discount will be given to all siblings attending the same session(s).

Camp Payment Deadlines


SESSION I April 28th, 2008
SESSION II May 12th, 2008
SESSION III May 27th, 2008
SESSION IV June 9th, 2008

If complete payment is not received by the above dates, we will NOT reserve your place in the session(s) you indicated. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Registration Policies

1. Campers must enroll for a minimum of ONE FULL SESSION. There will be NO partial session enrollment.

2. Registration form must be completed and signed by parent or guardian before registration will be accepted.

3. Camp medical forms are not required at time of registration; however, they must be on file TWO WEEKS prior to your child’s attendance at camp. Children without a medical card on file will not be allowed at camp. Medical Forms consist of a health history completed annually by the parent and a physical form completed biannually by a physician.

4. To be entitled to a member discount, you must have a 2008 Family Membership.

Refund Policies

1. Winding Trails, Inc. will refund full payment for all cancellations made by March 1, 2008.

2. After March 1, 2008, no refunds on deposits will be made for any cancellations or session changes.

3. The only refunds given after camp begins will be if a child is unable to attend due to an accident or illness resulting from being at camp. A physician’s note and approval from the Executive Director must be received. The refund will then be pro-rated by the number of days the child was in camp.
